About Patria's Moving Offers

Patria Services Corp provides moving consumers with special offers when they complete relevant transactions with "Website Partners". Patria specializes in providing relevant, high-value offers from local, regional and national advertisers ("Partner Offers") interested in reaching people during a move.


Selecting "Moving" Offers

After completing a transaction on a Website Partner's site, you may be presented with a set of special offers. If you would like to receive a specific offer, simply click the checkbox next to the offer. Once you click the checkbox and 'submit' your request, the Website Partner may transmit your name, address, email, and/or phone number to Patria for offer fulfillment. The offer will clearly state what the offer is, the terms, and how it will be fulfilled.

Because neither Patria nor the Website Partner have direct control over the content of the Partner Offers or the quality of the goods or services offered via such offer(s), the consumer acknowledge and agrees that neither Patria nor the Website Partner is not responsible for and in no way guarantees or endorses: (1) the availability of the Partner Offers; or (2) the goods or services offered via such Partner Offers. Accordingly, You acknowledge and agree that neither Patria nor the Website Partner shall be responsible or liable to You in any manner, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on the content of any Partner Offers, any of the website(s) and/or the quality of any goods or services offered by any Offer Partner.


How Patria Uses Your Personal Information

The Partner Website on which you just registered (or previously registered) will transfer, subject to their own privacy policies, your personal information and certain other information to Patria. By choosing an offer and clicking the Submit/Continue button on the bottom of the offer page, Patria will be authorized to pass your personal information on to the Offer Partner whose offer you selected to receive. If you do not opt-in to any offers presented on the offer page, your personal information will be deleted from the Patria servers with no further action by you.

From time to time, as You opt-in to certain offers on an offer page, Patria may request additional personal information from You so that You may participate in optional surveys, contests or other promotional programs. You may choose to provide the additional contact information to Patria. The additional information may be shared with third parties.

As further protection for you, upon submitting your offer selections, Patria may send you an automated e-mail confirming each of your offer selections. If you decide not to receive information from that offer partner, simply opt-out of the offer by using the directions included in the email message. If you opt-out of the offer by using the directions included in the email message, your personal information will be deleted from the Patria servers and will not be sent to the applicable Offer Partner. However, if Your information has already been sent to the Offer Partner. Patria will send a notice of Your opt-out to the applicable Offer Partner. In every case where Patria sends out an automated e-mail, you will be shown how to contact the Offer Partner directly. Since information about You will be provided to the Offer Partners whom you select, Patria has no control over the use or distribution of your personal information once it is passed to an Offer Partner, We strongly encourage You to review the privacy policy of the Website Client and each Offer Partner which provides offers to which You opt-in to before making a selection.

In addition, Patria shall have the right to share Your personally identifying information with any third-party, (i) as required by law, (ii) to protect and defend the rights of Patria, a Website Client, an Advertiser or any other user of the Services, (iii) as incident to a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or similar event without Your consent or approval and without notice to You, (iv) under circumstances We believe reasonably necessary to protect the personal safety of users of the Patria Services or the public, or (v) as is otherwise described in this Privacy Policy and that of the Website Client.

Patria does receive Your personal information from Website Clients, stores that information on Patria servers as described in this Privacy Policy, and discloses Your personal information only to Advertisers selected by You. By opting-in to one or more offers on the offer page, You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and that of the Website Client.


Patria Collects and Uses Traffic and Click-Stream Data.

Data about traffic and usage is not personally identifying or identifiable, and is not supplemented or combined with personally identifying or identifiable information by Patria. Patria may share the traffic or click-stream information it collects with certain selected third parties, but only in aggregated, anonymous form. For example, We may tell an Offer Partner that a certain number of people viewed their offer. Patria's servers collect information about the Website Client's Website from which you were presented an offer page and will share that information with both Advertisers and Website Clients. In addition to the foregoing, Patria uses the information (in aggregate form) to better design and market the Services.

Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, Patria has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information it collects online. However, data security is a constantly evolving art and science. You should consider any communication that You transmit to Patria (such as data, questions or answers, comments, or suggestions) as non-confidential, and agree that Patria and the Website Client will not be liable or responsible if information about You is intercepted and used by an unintended recipient.


Changes To This Privacy Policy

Patria and Website Client may, from time to time each in its sole discretion, change or modify this Privacy Policy and that of the Website Client respectively. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions at www.MyPatria.com or on the Website Client's appropriate site page. Patria may post changes or modifications to referenced policies and guidelines without Your approval, and may determine whether and when any such changes apply to You. Opting-In to any offer(s) on the offer page following Patria’s or Website Client's posting of any changes or modifications will constitute Your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Should You not wish to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy of Patria or that of the Website Client, do not opt-in to any offer(s) on the offer page.
