Wilmington, Delaware - October 1, 2007 – James J. Roszkowski, an industry veteran with 27 years of executive experience in the financial services market with companies such as MBNA America, Chase Manhattan and VISA USA was named the CEO of Patria Services Corp. (Patria).
Jim brings over 27 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, most recently as Senior Executive Vice President of MBNA America where he was responsible for business development and acquisition growth. While with MBNA Jim led various business development units, national sales organizations, international planning and internet marketing activities. Jim also held senior roles with Chase Manhattan Bank and VISA USA and served as a senior advisor on Economic Development to Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner.
Jim will use his extensive market and industry experience to make Patria the leading provider of event-based, trigger marketing Software as a Service (SaaS).
